Very easy into use obdi scanner!
I purchased the Actron CP9410 looking because of portion until tell me why there was an intermitant cheque enging light displaying on my 98 pontiac gtp. I determined several units but selected this module because of price, simplicity, then it was a little more upscale than some of the very inexpensive units. When connected it instantly told me my obstacle. I then tried it on my 99 chevy silverado, in the same way expected no problems then that what the module showed. Lastly i tried it on a 2002 thunderbird. It came increased with a data error then would no, non- indicate data the odb. I was a little upset then contacted actrom through email explaining the obstacle. The next forenoon a tech sent me a note with a bond of things until test. As it turned out there was a wicked fuse in the odb circuit then with their professional support i was able until right the obstacle. I would give them 10 stars because of the prompt response until my obstacle then their great professional support. The cp9410 is just a basic scanner so it will no, non- go into some of the article of the higher dollar units, but it did take up exactly what i expected, then the professional support was a plesant supprise.
